Tea Mocktails
Keeping cool is hard at the moment. Especially if you're pregnant!
And if you are also cutting out your favourite cocktails, we thought we'd make some alternative tea mocktails for you - alcohol free but still delicious.
FINAL PUSH RASPBERRY LEAF MOJITO
The classic minty, lime combination with a hint of sweetness and raspberry leaf too... oh so refreshing! Suitable from 32 weeks, it's the perfect way to prepare for labour in the heat.

In this time, add the wedges of lime, the mint leaves and sugar to your glass, use a muddler to mash the mint leaves & lime in the glass
Then add plenty of ice to your serving glass. pour the iced tea over, top up with soda or lemonade (depending how sweet you like it) and enjoy!

MORNING RESCUE G & TEA
A sweetly zingy, citrus hit. You can swap tonic water for lemonade if you fancy something sweeter, but we recommend it without!

1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup
75ml tonic water
Ice
Slice of lemon
Rosemary sprig

Brew the tea bags in your favourite glass for 10 minutes, then remove the tea bags.
Add honey and stir until the honey is dissolved. Allow to cool - pop in the fridge if you need.
Add ice, a slice of lemon and a rosemary sprig. Gently stir and pour over the soda water.

Tried the get up and glow sparkler and it was gorgeous. Just wish I had mint leaves but I’ll try again with them soon. Just waiting for the morning rescue teabags to arrive and then I’m going to try the morning rescue G and Tea! Can’t wait. I’m a week off trying the raspberry leaf tea though. These are a beautiful life saver during the warmer weather, especially when you’re pregnant. Thank you so much for sharing x
