Costs and when to expect to receive your purchase

For standard web orders within the UK, we ship with Royal Mail 2nd class. 

Next day delivery is shipped with the courier service DPD.

For International Shipping we ship with Royal Mail, and at present, tracking is not available.

We currently are not shipping to EU member states, though contact us and we can direct you to local stockists. This may change in future. 

We process orders Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Returns and Refunds

We understand that sometimes things need to be returned or refunded. Firstly, please contact us by email in case we can help you solve the issue, and please quote your order number when doing so.

If it is within 30 days since date of dispatch, and it is unopened and in as new condition, we will accept the return of an item to us and we will issue you with a replacement blend, or a full refund of the cost of the item. Please contact us to give us a heads up. Please note, that we will not be unable to refund your initial shipping costs.

When sending returns please be careful to package your return well, so it won’t be damaged in transit, and please email us at contact@hotteamama.com so we know to expect it.
