A mulled blend of festive fruits, spices and all things nice...
With grapes as the base, it has a natural sweetness that can give you a lift without caffeine.
Added to this, we've selected whole spices and citrus peel to bring warmth and cheer to you. Lemon and orange peel, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and allspice will lift your Christmas spirits whenever you need! A touch of rosehip and hibiscus add a hint of tartness, to balance the blend.
It's the closest thing to gluhwein when the real thing is off the table, all wrapped up in a mug. It really can give all the Mrs. Claus's out there, a reason to go, ho, ho.
A festive treat - warming, citrussy and fruity.
This bright red infusion comes from the hibiscus flowers which have a tart sweetness to wake up your palate.
The rosehips also add to this fruity flavour.
Grapes balance the tart flavour with sweetness, and the whole spices bring a festive warmth, just like a Christmas market gluhwein.
We don’t recommend adding milk or sugar, but follow your cravings and personal taste!
Can I drink this blend whilst breastfeeding?
Yes! This tea is completely safe for breastfeeding - no ingredients will impact your milk supply. It's actually a brilliant alternative to mulled gluhwein so you get the festive flavour but with no nasties.
Is this safe for pregnancy?
Yes! We do not recommend having more than 3 cups a day, as this is the NHS guidance on how many cups of herbal tea to have per day when pregnant.

Each of our packs has simple instructions on it, but essentially you should use 1 tea bag per person, and freshly boiled water for all except Head Start. This tea works best with 80-degree water (let your kettle sit for 5 minutes with the lid open after boiling). Brew for 3-5 minutes depending on how strong you like it.

Use 1 bag per 300ml of water (this is the average size of a water glass) Add freshly boiled water, as if you were making a normal cuppa. Place the glass, with the tea bag still in, in your fridge to cool. Enjoy once cool - add lots of ice and fruit if you're feeling fancy.
