Â
To make 1 mocktail, you'll need:

½tsp honey
Ice
Lemon slice
Sprig of rosemary
50ml tonic water (use lemonade if you have a sweet tooth)
Black pepper
Â
To make:- Pour 50ml freshly boiled water over your Morning Rescue tea bag and leave it to brew for 5 minutes
- In an old fashioned glass, combine the brewed tea with honey and stir until it’s dissolved
- Add ice, a slice of lemon and a rosemary sprig. Gently stir and top up with tonic water or lemonade and top with a grind of black pepper.
