Iced Tea Instructions
As the British summer has finally arrived, it feels right to share the best way to make iced tea!
It's a sugar free, naturally sweet option, and a great way to get the benefits of our teas, without making yourself hotter.
Each tea in our range is delicious made cold with lots of ice, but my personal favourites are The Final Push - it's refreshing mint flavour works great with a slice of lime, Get Up & Glow - the healthiest way to enjoy a caffeine free pick up, and Milk's Up - you'll need to stay hydrated when you're breastfeeding and this iced tea can do this and give you galactagogues.
For each tea, follow these simple instructions. Ideally make a jug before you go to bed, and it's ready for you to enjoy the next day. But it only takes c. 2 hours to get cold tea if you're not able to do this:
TO MAKE A GLASS
1. Use 1 bag per 300ml of water (this is the average size of a water glass)
2. Add freshly boiled water, as if you were making a normal cuppa
3. Place the glass, with the tea bag still in, in your fridge to cool
4. Enjoy once cool - add lots of ice and fruit if you're feeling fancy
TO MAKE A JUG (1 LITRE)
1. Use 3 bags for a 1 litre jug
2. Add freshly boiled water, up to the top of the jug
3. Place the jug, with the tea bags still in, in your fridge to cool
4. Enjoy once cool - add lots of ice and fruit if you're feeling fancy
