Milk's Up Christmas Porridge 3 Ways

Milk's Up Christmas Porridge 3 Ways

These porridge recipes are all delicious and Christmassy!  The oats are a great source of galactagogues, beneficial in helping to support a healthy milk supply.

The HotTea tea-m all have their favourites. So much so that when these recipes were being devised, the kitchen sounded like a retelling of Goldilocks and the Three bears! 😊

They are a tasty way to start the day, and are delicious paired with a cup of our Milk's Up Breastfeeding tea, which contains herbs that have been traditionally used to support milk supply and lactation.
