Milk's Up Lactation Pancakes
Who doesn't enjoy pancakes for breakfast..?!
This recipe for lactation pancakes contains only 6 store cupboard ingredients. Once measured and blended, all you need to do is cook them up. They are delicious, filling, and contain oats, which are a natural source of galactagogues to support a healthy milk supply. They are also high in protein and potassium for slow release energy to keep you full for longer.
They can also be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for 3 days, or frozen for up to a month. Once reheated, you have a delicious breakfast on hand whenever needed.
Our Milk's Up tea is the perfect brew to enjoy with these. It is 100% natural, caffeine free, and contains whole leaf herbs that have traditionally been used to support milk supply and lactation.

2 cups of porridge oats
1 egg
1 large ripe banana
2 tbsp milled flax seeds
2 tbsp nut butter
